General terms and conditions NANNIC
The following general terms and conditions govern the dealings between the consumer and NANNIC’s webshop. Each visit of and any sale through the website presuppose full acceptance of our terms and conditions (General terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.). NANNIC reserves the right to update, modify or replace the terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility as a visitor to our website to check our terms and conditions regularly for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Article 2. Applicability Applicability
Our general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by NANNIC and to every distance contract concluded and every order placed between NANNIC and consumers (any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession).
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. The placing of an order on our website is deemed to be an explicit acceptance of our general terms and conditions. If it is not reasonably possible to consult our general terms and conditions via the website, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be inspected at the entrepreneur’s premises and that, at the consumer’s request, they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.
If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially void or annulled, the agreement and these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in force and the provision in question shall be replaced without delay by mutual agreement with a provision that approximates the purport of the original as much as possible.
Situations not covered by these general terms and conditions are to be assessed ‘in the spirit’ of these general terms and conditions.

3. NANNIC products
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to certain conditions, this will be explicitly stated in our offer.
The offer is without obligation. NANNIC is entitled to change and adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services on offer. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If the entrepreneur uses images, these are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind NANNIC.
All images/specifications in the offer are indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Images accompanying products are a true representation of the products offered. NANNIC cannot guarantee that the colours shown correspond exactly to the actual colours of the products.
Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer.
4. Agreement and order
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out therein.
Your order is complete and the agreement between us is final after NANNIC accepts your order. NANNIC is entitled to refuse orders or attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, NANNIC will communicate this within 5 working days after receipt of the order.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, NANNIC shall immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. Until receipt of this acceptance is confirmed by NANNIC, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.
All offers made by NANNIC are without obligation. NANNIC expressly reserves the right to change product prices. In particular where necessary due to regulations.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative previously designated by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
During the 14-day cooling-off period, the consumer will treat the product and its packaging with care. The product must not have been used and must be returned undamaged and complete in its original packaging.
If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to inform NANNIC of this within 14 days, after receipt of the product, by means of the model form or by means of an unequivocal statement clearly indicating the decision to withdraw from the contract. This model form can be found here. The completed model form will then need to be sent to info@nannic.com. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.
After exercising their right of withdrawal, the consumer shall return the product to NANNIC within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned in time, for example by means of proof of dispatch.
If the consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal, at most the costs of return shipment will be at his expense.
The amount paid by the consumer to NANNIC for the products will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, provided that the product has already been received by NANNIC.
If the consumer has not expressed his wish to exercise this right of withdrawal within the 14-day withdrawal period or has not returned the product within 14 days of the withdrawal, the sale is a fact.
6. Price
The prices stated for the products and services offered are in EURO, including VAT and including handling and shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
All prices are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors. In the event of printing and typesetting errors, NANNIC is not obliged to deliver the product according to the incorrect price.
When validating the shopping basket, the total price is displayed. Our total prices include shipping costs.
NANNIC takes care to display all information as correctly as possible. NANNIC reserves the right, if an error does occur, to rectify and correct it or give the consumer the option to cancel the order. I If the consumer cannot be contacted, the order will be cancelled.
The prices of our products are subject to change at any time without notice.
7. Payment
For online orders, we can only accept payment modules on our website.
The consumer has a duty to immediately report inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to NANNIC.
In case of non-payment by the consumer, subject to legal restrictions, NANNIC has the right to charge the reasonable costs made known to the consumer in advance.
8. Warranty
NANNIC guarantees that its goods conform to your order and meet the normal expectations you may have of them taking into account the specifications of the product. Our products comply with all laws existing at the time of your order. If agreed, NANNIC also guarantees that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
Any defective or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to NANNIC in writing within 4 weeks of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
NANNIC’s warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty period. However, NANNIC is never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the products for each individual application by the consumer, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the products.
The guarantee does not apply if:
– The consumer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or had them repaired and/or modified by third parties;
– The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise carelessly treated or treated contrary to NANNIC’s instructions and/or the packaging;
– The defectiveness is wholly or partly the result of regulations imposed or to be imposed by the government on the nature or quality of the materials used.
9. Delivery
A delivery time of 3 to 5 working days applies to all items in stock. For items that are not immediately available, NANNIC will inform you of this in good time and offer you the option of dissolving the agreement or agreeing a new delivery time with NANNIC. Upon dissolution of the agreement, amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days.
All delivery periods are purely indicative. Consequently, the consumer will not be able to derive any rights from these deadlines. Exceeding a deadline does not entitle the consumer to compensation.
NANNIC cannot be held liable for delays incurred in order processing, error in listed availability or transport.
If an order includes several items, you may assume the longest delivery time.
NANNIC will take the greatest possible care when receiving and fulfilling orders for products and when assessing requests to extend services.
Products will be delivered to the address specified by you when you place your order.
If delivery of an ordered product turns out to be impossible, the entrepreneur will make an effort to provide a replacement article. At the latest upon delivery, it will be reported in a clear and comprehensible manner that a replacement article is being delivered.
10. Force majeure
When force majeure occurs, NANNIC will not be obliged to fulfil its obligations. NANNIC may either suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure or terminate the agreement permanently.
Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond our will and control preventing the fulfilment of our obligations in whole or in part. This includes strike, fire, business interruption, power failure, disruption of a (telecommunication) network or connection or communication systems used and/or unavailability of our website at any time, non-delivery or late delivery by suppliers or other third parties engaged.
11. Intellectual property
Our website, texts, photos, logos, names and our communications in general are protected by intellectual property rights. These lie either with us or with our suppliers or other right holders.
Using and/or modifying the intellectual property rights described in this article is strictly prohibited. Texts, photographs, names, drawings, logos, etc. may not be copied or reproduced without the prior and express written consent of NANNIC.
12. Complaints procedure and disputes
NANNIC has a sufficiently publicised complaints procedure and will handle the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to NANNIC within 7 days fully and clearly described, after the consumer has identified the defects.
Submitted complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days from receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, a reply will be provided within the 14-day period with a notice of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed reply.
If a complaint is found to be justified by NANNIC, it will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.
Agreements between NANNIC and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Even if the consumer is resident abroad. If for reasons of international law a different law does apply, the interpretation of the present general terms and conditions will first refer to Book VI of the Belgian Economic Law Code.
13. Privacy
NANNIC will safeguard the privacy of all users of its site and keep all personal information confidential. NANNIC will only use your data to make orders as quick and easy as possible. Otherwise, we will only use this data with your consent.
Personal details will never be sold to third parties and will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
